Any personal information provided or acquired by this website is controlled by Freedom Enterprises, herein after referred to as "freedom enterprises, we, us, our".

We believe it is important to you, our Customer, to fully understand the terms and conditions under which an investment or purchase has been made via freedom enterprises or any of our related sites.

You should read each website with care and in particular note whether a guarantee is provided or not with the product or service that you may invest in. If in any doubt what so ever you should seek the information from us via dphealth@googlemail.com prior to your investment.

In the event that no inquiry has been made in this matter then it shall be deemed as your acceptance and understanding of our terms and conditions and the following shall apply.

1. There is NO refund on any products downloaded via a PDF document.

2. Where there is a no grace period or refund guarantee period offered on our website, standard consumer rights of both customer and ourselves shall apply.

3. Where there is a refund guarantee offered the terms below shall apply.

3a. When a guarantee period has expired there shall be no refund due or payable after this period.

3b. A refund will apply on goods that are found to be damaged on arrival.

3c. Once goods have been opened they will be deemed to have been accepted unless covered by a specific guarantee period on the appropriate website.

4. In the rare event that the goods, namely the disks,are damaged and cannot be downloaded or the purchaser deems the goods supplied do not match the description detailed on the website from which the goods were purchased the following conditions shall apply:
a. In the event of the former incident occurring the purchaser/investor will be given the option of receiving the download PDF version or a replacement disk which will be supplied upon safe return of the damaged disk/s being received by freedom enterprises.
b. In the latter case confirmation will be required from an independent approved source such as a solicitor, Citizens Advice Bureau, Trade Authority or other reputable outside source, that the goods do not fulfill the description given on the appropriate website. Upon receipt of which freedom enterprises shall make a full refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

IMPORTANT:

Items returned which are NOT covered by any additional guarantee must be returned within the statutory 7 day cooling off period and must be returned unopened. (with all seals and shrink-wraps intact where applicable)

Upon receipt we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item minus any postage and handling fees incurred by your decision to place the original order.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty and subject to the terms above .

In this day and age of consumerism consideration of both the vendors and purchasers rights shall be taken into account on any claim for refund.

The Customer should also note the copyright conditions contained with each and every item distributed via freedom enterprises or any of its associated websites.
1. No copies or downloads shall be made other than for the specific use of the purchaser.

2. No alterations or amendments are to be made to any part or parts.

3. Distribution or sale of any goods are not allowed without the express permission of freedom enterprises.

Any illegal use of such goods shall be followed up and any necessary action required to protect our copyright will be taken.
